I am an old fashioned girl. I believe a good handwritten thank you note is always in order. It makes everyone excited and appreciated to receive a thoughtfully written thank you note. I love giving them to my students and seeing their face light up to receive a personalized note from their teacher! I am not always as timely as I should be, but my phrase is better late than never!
